As the Site is a campsite which is located in a natural, living environment, some natural hazards such as brambles, tree roots and limited lighting after dark will remain.
You must agree to be responsible for the welfare of yourselves, your children and other visitors. Whilst reasonable precautions are taken to eliminate obvious hazards, Bereleigh Estate cannot accept responsibility for any injury.
This woodland is a beautiful, mature, secluded environment that has taken hundreds of years to grow. By entering, guests take on a duty of care to conserve and protect this unique site. Any damage to the site including the trees, or any pollution (e.g. excessive noise, litter or contamination of any kind) may result in guests being asked to leave without any refund.
The Bereleigh Estate reserves the right to charge guests for anything found to be missing from, or damaged on the site after their departure.
Your enjoyment of and privacy within the site is of the utmost importance to us and we will respect this at all times. However, from time to time it may be necessary to carry out maintenance work to the woods and the camp. In the unlikely event of this occurring while the wood is occupied, we will endeavour to keep any disturbance to an absolute minimum.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, prices or website without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the site and to cancel bookings if necessary (e.g. due to extreme weather conditions).
